The external refurbishment of a block of flats in Hyde Park, W1.

The project was split into 2 No. phases on a strike and shift basis. Works involved redecorating the external façade from basement levels up to the roof levels. New windows were installed to certain areas of the building, new slate roofs installed including new leadwork and skylights throughout.
