External Refurbishment

This project required that Ravenstone carry out minor repairs and refurbishment work to the external and internal common areas of this block of flats. Prior to the works commencing it was instructed that we should complete the external works with the internal works being deferred to a later date. This we were happy to do as our clients wishes are a major priority for us.

The works entailed the external repairs to the entire façade both front and rear. Upon closer inspection, were discovered that there were some structural repairs necessary. This we carried out entirely to the client’s satisfaction and completed the works in a timely manner despite the altered schedule of works and bad weather.
