Basement Extension, Ladbroke Grove, W11

This project comprised of demolishing part of a basement flat on a large mansion house apartment, supporting the building prior to placing extensive steel following the reconfiguration of the buildings footprint.

The works were then finished by fit-out of the new basement flat, works to the gardens of the property and new security walling to the perimeter of the building.
